More market days

It has been so much fun getting my items out in front of people and talking about my work! I get so many wonderful reactions from people (surprised at the level of handiwork, surprised at my age, think everything is so cute!). I've also gotten some contacts for custom orders (which I love!). Another wonderful thing that has come out of participating in the market is that my booth was featured in the table of contents in a local Atlanta magazine called Points North! I'm so excited!!!!

Red, white and woo!

I have been blessed with so many other crafty friends. I never get weird reactions when I talk about my work, because they get it. They love it, they support it. Its great! Another crafty friend, owner of The Lillie Pad, asked me to make her something to wear to shows to keep money, etc. in. She loved a fabric she saw on an apron at the Handmades Sale so I used some of the same, and added in something new.

She wanted it short with big pockets on the side for easy access to funds...

Lovin that lace trim!
Flower pin with an antique button
Can't wait to see it in action!
